Kulturszene sichtbar machen

Dessau wird oft wahrgenommen als wäre in der Stadt (sub)kulturell nichts los, doch das Bild täuscht. Tatsächlich gibt es eine lebendige Kulturszene, die für Außenstehende allerdings schwer zugänglich ist, da ein einheitliches Kommunikationsmedium fehlt. Social Media macht es durch Algorithmen nicht einfacher. Die Gruppe Summer of Pioneers greift jetzt ein und hat mit einem partizipativen Eventkalender auf dessau-magazin.de eine Lösung geschaffen. Ruben von den Pioneers hat seine Idee und den Prototypen des Kalenders im mitte vorgestellt.
Nun liegt es an Vereinen und Kultureinrichtungen, dieses Angebot aktiv zu nutzen und sichtbar zu werden.

Dessau is often perceived as culturally poor, but this image is deceptive. In fact, there is a lively cultural scene, but it is difficult for outsiders to access because there is no standardised communication medium. Social media doesn’t make things any easier thanks to algorithms. The Summer of Pioneers group is now intervening and has created a solution with a participatory event calendar on dessau-magazin.de. Ruben from the Pioneers presented his idea and the prototype of the calendar in the centre.
Now it is up to associations and cultural institutions to actively utilise this offer and become visible.
